6. Personal Data That May Be Shared With Event or Business Partners

Where the appropriate notice has been provided and the applicable consent obtained, Superseed may disclose relevant personal data to selected event or business partners and their designated authorised representatives.

Depending on the event, programme and purpose of the follow-up, such information may include:

• full name;

• mobile or telephone number;

• email address;

• date of birth and/or age information;

• declared income range;

• company;

• occupation or job title;

• event attended;

• areas of interest;

• topics of interest;

• financial planning-related interests;

• relevant responses provided during registration;

• survey responses or preferences that are relevant to the applicable follow-up; and

• other information specifically notified to you as being relevant to the applicable purpose.

We will seek to limit the information disclosed to personal data that is reasonably relevant to the notified purpose.

General event feedback that is collected for Superseed's own internal evaluation and programme development will not automatically be shared with event or business partners.

However, where a particular question, preference, response or expression of interest is collected for the purpose of facilitating relevant partner follow-up, such information may be disclosed where this has been notified to you and the applicable consent has been obtained.

7. How Personal Data May Be Shared With Authorised Representatives

Superseed takes reasonable steps to restrict access to attendee information to authorised persons who require the information for the applicable purpose.

For certain event collaborations, attendee information may be consolidated and securely shared with designated authorised representatives through an access-controlled cloud-based system.

This may include a restricted-access Google Sheet within a Google Workspace environment.

Access permissions will be limited to designated personnel who are authorised to conduct the relevant follow-up.

Access may be reviewed, modified or removed where it is no longer reasonably required.

Recipients of personal data are expected to:

• access the information only where authorised;

• use the information only for the applicable notified purpose;

• take reasonable measures to protect the information;

• prevent unauthorised disclosure or use; and

• cease retaining or accessing the information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

8. Purposes for Collection, Use and Disclosure

Depending on the circumstances, Superseed may collect, use and/or disclose personal data for one or more of the following purposes.

Event and Programme Administration

This includes:

• processing registrations;

• verifying registrations;

• confirming attendance;

• managing event logistics;

• communicating reminders and updates;

• facilitating event participation;

• providing event materials;

• understanding attendee demographics and interests;

• obtaining feedback;

• conducting surveys;

• evaluating event effectiveness;

• conducting post-event follow-up; and

• developing future events and programmes.

Provision of Products and Services

This includes:

• responding to enquiries;

• providing requested information;

• providing consultancy or professional services;

• assessing applications or requests;

• managing customer and client relationships;

• processing transactions;

• providing customer support;

• administering contracts and commercial relationships; and

• fulfilling our obligations to clients and business partners.

Research, Analytics and Programme Development

We may use relevant information to:

• analyse attendee demographics;

• understand audience interests and preferences;

• identify emerging topics of interest;

• understand demand for future programmes;

• evaluate attendee feedback;

• improve event formats and content;

• conduct internal analysis and research;

• develop new events, programmes, products and services; and

• produce aggregated or anonymised statistical information.

Marketing and Communications

Where permitted by applicable law and where the applicable consent has been obtained, we may use personal data to:

• communicate information regarding Superseed's products and services;

• invite you to future events, seminars, workshops or programmes;

• provide information regarding promotions or campaigns;

• conduct relevant customer engagement activities;

• recommend information based on topics or interests you have indicated; and

Event and Business Partner Activities

Where the appropriate notice has been provided and applicable consent obtained, we may:

• disclose relevant information to selected event or business partners;

• disclose relevant information to their authorised representatives;

• enable authorised follow-up after an event or campaign;

• facilitate introductions;

• arrange follow-up discussions or appointments;

• facilitate the provision of information concerning relevant products or services; and

• facilitate financial planning-related follow-up where relevant.

Business Administration and Compliance

We may also process personal data for:

• maintaining business and operational records;

• fraud prevention and investigation;

• financial planning-related follow-up; and

• the communication channels through which such contact may take place.

Where applicable, consent will require an affirmative action by the individual.

Superseed may retain records relating to the consent obtained, including:

• the registration submitted;

• the applicable consent wording presented to the individual;

• the consent selection or response;

• the date and time of submission; and

• other information reasonably required to establish the consent provided.

10. Marketing Communications and Singapore Telephone Numbers

Where you have provided the applicable consent, Superseed and/or relevant authorised event or business partners may contact you using the contact information that you have provided.

Marketing or promotional communications may be sent through:

• telephone calls;

• SMS;

• WhatsApp;

• email; and

• other appropriate communication channels.

Where applicable, Superseed will comply with the Do Not Call provisions under the PDPA and other requirements relating to marketing communications sent to Singapore telephone numbers.

Where clear and unambiguous consent for the relevant marketing communication has been obtained in accordance with applicable requirements, the relevant communication may be sent based on that consent.

Otherwise, applicable Do Not Call requirements will be observed where required.

You may request that Superseed stop sending you marketing communications by:

• using the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism contained in the relevant communication, where available; or

• contacting us at [email protected].

Stopping marketing communications does not necessarily prevent Superseed from contacting you regarding administrative, transactional, contractual, event-related, security or other non-marketing matters.

11. Service Providers and Other Third Parties

In addition to the event and business partners described above, Superseed may engage third-party service providers to support our operations.

These may include:

• website hosting providers;

• cloud and data storage providers;

• technology providers;

• customer relationship management providers;

• event management providers;

• email and communication platforms;

• marketing technology providers;

• payment processors;

• administrative service providers;

• professional consultants;

• accountants;

• auditors;

• legal advisers; and

• other service providers supporting our operations.

The role of a service provider supporting Superseed's operations is distinct from that of an event or business partner that may independently conduct follow-up with an attendee.

Where a third party processes personal data on our behalf, we will take reasonable steps to put appropriate arrangements in place having regard to the nature of the information and services involved.

We may also disclose personal data where required or permitted under applicable law, including to regulatory authorities, government agencies, courts or law enforcement authorities.

12. Personal Data Relating to Other Individuals

If you provide us with personal data relating to another individual, including a spouse, family member, colleague or other person, you should only do so where you have the appropriate authority to provide that information.

Where consent is required, you are responsible for ensuring that the individual has been appropriately informed and that the applicable consent has been obtained for the collection, use or disclosure of the personal data for the relevant purposes.

You should not provide another individual's personal data to Superseed if you do not have the appropriate authority to do so.

13. Accuracy of Personal Data

Superseed will make reasonable efforts to ensure that personal data in our possession or under our control is accurate and complete where the data is likely to:

• be used to make a decision that affects the individual; or

• be disclosed to another organisation.

You are encouraged to ensure that information provided to Superseed is complete and accurate and to notify us when relevant information changes.

• unauthorised use;

• inappropriate disposal; and

Superseed recognises that certain combinations of information, including date of birth, declared income range, contact information and information concerning an individual's financial planning interests, warrant careful handling.

No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We will nevertheless take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the personal data and the risks involved.

15. Retention of Personal Data

Superseed retains personal data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to satisfy applicable legal or business requirements.

The appropriate retention period may depend on factors including:

• the original purpose of collection;

Withdrawal does not affect any collection, use or disclosure that took place before the withdrawal became effective.

Depending on the nature of the consent withdrawn, we may no longer be able to provide particular services, communications, event-related activities or follow-up previously requested by you.

18. Requests for Deletion or Cessation of Retention

You may contact our Data Protection Officer to request that Superseed delete or cease retaining particular personal data relating to you.

We will assess such requests having regard to our applicable legal, regulatory, contractual and business requirements.

Where the information is no longer required for a legal or business purpose, we will take reasonable steps to delete, dispose of or anonymise the information.

Certain information may continue to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law or reasonably necessary for legal or business purposes.

19. Overseas Transfers

Certain technology, cloud, communication or other service providers used by Superseed may process or store information outside Singapore.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, Superseed will take appropriate steps to ensure that the transferred personal data continues to receive an appropriate standard of protection in accordance with applicable requirements.

Such safeguards may include appropriate contractual arrangements or other recognised data protection mechanisms.
